Crossword sheets are made of Swell Touch Paler. Each letter of each word of the crossword is cut out (on a laser cut machine). Each word has in front a numerical Braille label for the clue and underneath a 9 mm (simple or double) plastic pin is glued.
The Crossword sheet is fixed with these pins on the Game Grid, which is placed on top of the M6 Touch device.
A Braille Letter set is used to play Crossword.
- One audio recording with the clue is stored for each word in the “A” file.
- A hint for the word (or even the answer) could be stored in “B” audio recording. It is played when “Translate” button is pressed.
The user presses the numerical Braille label for one word and the M6 Touch device plays the clue audio recording. Guessing the word, the user puts Braille Letters in the letter holes of the word.
The document was created with S-PEAK AB Editor software.
